ISO 9001 Certification

As part of our commitment to excellence, we have had our quality system registered to ISO 9001. Our adherence to known international or national standards provides one of the strongest assurances of service quality available. We are dedicated to building our organizations into an efficient team that provides optimal solutions to our clients while continuing to strive for methods to improve the service provided.

On December 9, 2000, SDI Engineering received certification as an ISO 9001 certified company. On December 14, 2007, SDI Engineering successfully passed the QMI ISO 9000 Quality System Audit for the 2008 year.

Quality Policy and Objectives

SDI Engineering is committed to providing services, which meet or exceed our client's expectations and the requirements of statutory and regulatory requirements.

Our goal is to build our organization into an efficient team, which provides optimal solutions to our clients and enhancing customer satisfaction. We are committed to continuous improvement in the effectiveness of the quality management system in achieving our goals while maintaining a quality product.

To achieve our goal the management and staff of SDI Engineering have agreed to the following precepts:

  • Our client is the ultimate judge on the quality of our organization.
  • All work done by company employees is part of a process that provides a service for our clients. Each person can influence some part of the process and therefore affect the quality of the output.
  • Sustained quality excellence requires continuous improvement.

The Quality Manual that we have prepared has been designed to outline the policies and principals of the Quality System of SDI Engineering. The functions of the Manual are:

  1. To define and communicate the policies with respect to Quality and reference the quality procedures necessary for implementing these policies.
  2. To ensure that the policies are available to all staff so that they can be understood and reviewed for continuing suitability at all levels of the company.
