Description:
On August 14, 2005 the Capital Ready Mix Office Building was destroyed by fire. SDI Engineering was retained to design the replacement structure. The new building was to sit on the existing foundations and consist of precast load bearing concrete wall panels. Construction began immediatly after the fire and withing 5 weeks the building shell had been errected.
